I cooperate with Kalkstein as a group coach and a team developer since 2015. My focus is set on facilitation, mediation, workshops and individual sessions in the field of communication and creating effective relationships in business, the implementation of changes and resolving conflicts in organisations. I am an expert in issues in organisational culture, team management and team coaching, and all aspects of cultural diversity in business.

In the past I worked as an advisor to the Minister of Finance, university lecturer at the University of Lodz and a researcher. I am in the process of completing my PhD on leadership, organisational culture and change. I am also an author of published research papers, certified by the International Association of Process Oriented Psychology and the Polish Association of Process Oriented Psychotherapists and Trainers, Insights Delivery, Lumina Learning and Action Learning. I specialise in Process Oriented Psychology, teaching internationally as a faculty member of the Deep Democracy Institute.

In my free time I like to sing, sail and fly kites.
